Lovely hotel. Location is good, close to everything, but very quiet surroundings. Breakfast was good though coffee was not warm. Airprot transfers worked fine.

The hotel service people should improve the knowledge of English.

Location is prime for wherever you want to go in Bucharest. Breakfast is simple but good and came inclusive to the price. Room was equipped with a TV with HDMI which I could use to connect my laptop on ! Internet services were also pretty decent, and the staff was very friendly.
No control of room temperature in any way was allowed, and the remote for the air conditioning was missing. No sanitary bags, even after asking for some in reception. Not enough toilet paper on arrival. No safety box. Shower soaps/shampoos were lacking body soap. Poor lighting in the room.

It was not 4 stars hotel at all, the walls very thiny so voices from the next room even were heard, despite booking the room for smokers, it resulted that there were no such rooms in all the hotel. Food for breakfast very poor, water to breakfast (for additional fee 7 LEI)

I liked staff's communication skills, competence and politeness. The location is excelent and the cost very competitive. Even the breakfast was very good. It was a pleasure to see that Romania is truly joining Europe.

Excellency for all services and facilities. Very comfortable new pillows, everything looks new as the flat screen TV and good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Very efficient and polite staff always at my disposal.

This is a bright and freindly small hotel in a central hotel within easy walking distance of downtown Bucharest with helpful staff who speak good English. Breakfast was plain but adequate.
The wifi in the rooms was weak. The pillows are too hard and softer alternatives should be offered at check-in.

Everything is new and perfect. Luxury bathroom and very clean, they have even tooth brush and other good quality toileries. The staf is proffesional and allways there for you, I will deffinetely go next time again to this hotel.

It was nice and clean hotel.
The staff at breakfast wasn't kind and friendly. The receptionist offered us a trip in the city. She miss leads us, and neither she nor the manager took responsibility for it. The trip he took us was very expensive. Wasn't worth the price.

The staff at Hotel Unique were very friendly & Professional. Our room was cleaned daily and it was spotless. Great air conditioning, wifi access good and our breakfast was varied, the best we have had so far. Great position close to all attractions, what more could you ask for. Highly recommended.

Interior decorations and design are very modern and with lot of good taste. Extremely modern bathrooms also very clean. Proffessional staff and very good internet connection. Location is very central but also very quiet.
